Autism Wellness

Autism has become a part of everyday society.  It is so common now that 1 in 59 children are born with Autism.  The rate is said to go up to 1-20 in the next couple of years and there is no know cure.  There is however, working toward having the best quality of life for the person living with Autism and their family/caregiver!  I've been working on this the last 4 years.  I've created a program to help people with Autism and other related disorder.

My program is custom as no two people are the same.  I found that sessions with Medical Qigong, a branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine (no worries, no needles) and custom exercises, greatly help people with Autism and other related disorders.  In most cases I have found that adding nutritional supplements can help the body repair itself in order to attain and maintain more optimum health.  We use a non-invasive system called Energetically Supported Nutrition (ESN) to analyzing the body to determine what is needed.  We also offer Salt Room Therapy.  People with autism and ADHD are highly sensitive to Electro Magnetic Frequency (EMF) exposure. EMF is emitted in electrical devices such as mobile phones, computers, WiFi networks, iPads and other gadgets which are common with our lifestyle. We are continuously surrounded by EMF radiation on a daily basis.  Salt Therapy protects your body from EMF as it emits negative ions and neutralizes the positive ions emitted by mobile phones, WiFi and gadgets.

For those families that need a little more support we also have a Food & Fitness coach that can help you set up meal plans, teach you how to incorporate healthier food options into your picky eaters diet and help set up easy exercise plans to help the whole family.

This program is very dear to me as my two children have Autism.  I personally know first hand what parents and families are going though.  I've lived though the years of sleepless nights and heart breaking IEP meetings.  Today we are all living a much happier and healthier life.
